There are two versions, a 7750 version which has no AR, and a 7753 version which has single-sided AR

There's also a RG version with black ceramic bezel that only comes in a7750.

7753 one

Pros:
- no sunken datewheel
- AR
- Button on the side to change date, prevents messing up with the movement when changing it via the crown
- Generally a bit more reliable than a7750

Cons:
- A little bit more expensive
- No many varieties available (im thinking of getting both versions, and swapping stuff i like onto the 7753 version
- Running second hand has been said to be 'loose', doesn't affect timekeeping or anything, mainly a cosmetic thing. More has been said about it in the Movements subsection under 7750/7753

Tony@ asian7750 has the Dlc &gold on special @$169 which for a 7750 movement is a bargain price

Crap! I paid full price for that 9 months ago! Oh well!... The only sad thing about this one is the lack of AR.

They all do. I got mine from Trevor. I have the 7753 and I was in NYC at the flagship store on 57th and pulled the same gen out. I did not have mine for comparison but I could not tell a difference. The gen has the push date function like the 7753. I was shocked how great the rep is. Even the strap is on target. I love it

I just got the one from Tony's sale and the date wheel looks flush to me. (at least more so than any of my other 7750s)

Of course it is flush, this 7750 does not suffer from the 3 / 6 / 9 sub dials config. It has the standard disposition 6 / 9 and 12. Therefore no recessed date.
