Mods for PAM 111 for gen look

Hello everyone,

As new to this world of reps and owner of a PAM 111 V4 from Noob Factory (or maybe it's a false V4 but I don't really care I was wondering what mods should/could I make to take it as close as possible to a gen watch.

I mean, you could mod it. But damn if it isn't already one of the closest to gen watches you can possibly buy off the shelf (in a manner of speaking).

This post is just for fun and interest, I'd like to know what could be made to fool even the most expert paneristi.

pick up a gen band and buckle, that and having it water proofed so you can wear in the pool swimming like a gen are the only two things I can think of. I've got a version 3 and this is all I could come up for mine and I like to mod within reason. Wear it with confidence that it would be virtually impossible to be called out while wearing it unless you take it off your wrist and let an expert examine it. Also, it is a low volume watch so the odds are very low you'd run into a gen. Just sit back and enjoy it as it is a very good selection.

I guess the PAM 111 V4 is really close to gen and no easy mods can be made. But thanks for the replies. I'm going to start looking into a Rolex Explorer II rep next...

And the rep buckle isn't far behind either. But swap it out for an aftermarket strap and buckle combo and you're all set.

Agreed, especially at the insane, silly cost of the gen buckle but in reality there is little else that on the wrist could be done to a 111 or 112 to get it closer to gen.

I have discovered a huge flaw in the back of the watch, the second A in the OFFICINE PANERAI engraving is totally wrong, it is misplaced and a simple look can tell. I had not seen it until now.

This is a typical movement of FALSE V4, with a nicely modified rep Incabloc and bad OFFICINE PANERAI engraving (very frequent in false V4)
Besides in your watch the micrometric screw of Swan Neck device is missing

You would need to get a MS from another member or and used movement
Regarding the engraving there is no solution without changing the complete bridge, you would also need a used movement from a member
