It's a fantasy model and not even a good quality one (the crystal is like from one of those PAMs from 4-5 years ago). There is no such destro model. The dial is like a PAM005 but with the seconds sub-dial @3 instead of @9. Or like a PAM026 dial but with an extra OP Logo @6 (plus the case for that is PVD).
