Just finished this watch. Pam 232, airbrushed the dial and the PANERAI to a very light Brown. Changed the hands to the proper shorter 1950 Hands, cannon pin fix. Lumed the dial with C1 & C3 mix.
Yeah, that's because the standard 232 rep dial comes with indices pushed slightly towards the center of the dial, leaving more space between the indices and the rehaut. DSN dial is slighly more 'correct' in that respect, being closer to dial cutouts on a gen.
