Miyota 9015 regulator id

Hi all,
I'm trying to adjust a Miyota 9015 running very fast, over 45 min a day. can someone please tell me which one is the regulator and which one is the Stud., their is no plus or minus next to them.

I'd say left on your picture is the regulator for accuracy and right the regulator for beat error. I hope you know what you are doing, don't want you to ruin your movement completely.

But if it is gaining that much I would try to de-magnetize it first before trying anything else.
