How can I fix it back? I tried popping it back into place but it doesn't stay. How is it normally? Is it glued? Should I use more force?

Thanks for any help!

Chances are very good the rotor is just friction fit. You can read more about this type of inexpensive movement rotor repair in the thread below.

It's probably possible to fix it in the case but much less risky if you remove the 3 screws and reassemble the rotor out of the case. The video referenced in the thread shows this being done.

That was an interesting read. Unfortunately I cannot unscrew the 3 little screws as they're really really small and I don't have the tools for it. I figured that if it popped out I should be able to pop it back in... But after much effort (I can't press any harder) I guess it's just not possible.

I'm trying to find a watch repair place that can fix it for me. I can't find any from the RWI list of watch makers/fixers that are from France where I live. I'll give a b&m watchmaker a go.

You can buy a set of jeweler's screwdrivers for very little €. Placed flat on a bench, the rotor could likely be pressed or gently tapped into the axle with a jeweler's hammer.

Got it, any suggestions on where/what to buy?

When you press the bearing back into the weight, might be worth adding a *tiny* amount of JB Weld to fix it. In addition *don't* press on the inside of the bearing as you'll damage it permanently, you have to only push on the outside edge of the bearing
