I have a rep with the MY9015 movement. The rotor is very noisy in the free spinning direction and I've decided to just remove it.

I've never worked on a rep before, but first thing I noticed is the presence of a fake screw holding down the rotor. How do people go about removing this?

I can't tell if it's glued on or just needs to be pried off. Any info?

Should I add any adhesive remover or heat to soften the glue?
Or is it common to just get a flathead under there and pry it straight off.
