Miyota 21 japanese quartz, trouble resetting chrono minute hand

Recently just bought an omega 600m quartz chrono from a td, so good in fact I bought another for my brother, anyway mine came with the seconds chrono hand off centre, so I set to time adjust position (2), used button A To reset, happy days........ anyway ive just had another of the same model today,but also the 60 min timer at 9 0 clock is off centre , ive searched the net asked the td and still no answers ??? Tried button B at time set position 2 and it doesnt move at all. ive also tried running tne chrono reset a full minute, this then sets the 60 min to zero, when I then reset it always jumps back to the original wrong position, FTR the dial does work as ive run the chrono a few minutes and it movss correctly......hope this makes sense..... Any help as I cannot for the life of me reset the damn thing , I took the caseback off my original one and its marked as a japan miyota 21, any help would be great, thanks

Try to pull out crown once to date position, then try to push chrono buttons so set the chronograph. If that dont work then pull crown to setting time position and try again. This is a way to set and reset chronograph hands.

Where did you buy it, what was the price. I am looking something like that in EU. Can you send PM with info , picture and price ? Thanks
