Missing Watches - Stolen

Hi all
I ordered 2 watches from Lucy, a trusted dealer on here however instead of the 2 watches, i received 3 hats.
Somewhere along the line, somebody stole my watches whether that was in China or UK.
Now, Royal Mail (UK) says any claims must be made from the sender side in their country.

Does any of you have experience with this sort of trouble and what can be done. I really don't wanna lose nearly £800

I am not suggesting Lucy did something bad, I am just looking for a possible solution

Have you sent a message to Lucy and ask if they sent you the wrong package by mistake. The person or people that work for them could have put the shipping label on a wrong box.

Was your package tampered with when you received it?.

After you told me this situation,I talked with my post man already,

I am waiting him to send me more information of the package also,

the final waybill,and delivered pic,etc,

after I get these from him,then I can send to you,but I will urge him again tomorrow,

I haven't met the situation of send the wrong package out,
all my packages were watches in paper box,

if you open the package,just the hats,not the box,then it have problem for sure,
and you mentioned these also,
"the bag was a little bit damaged,there was like a tear"
all these situation seems like someone stolen it,

Think Twice Before you buy from this lady Lucy. I wonder how come she is a trusted dealer. I ordered my first watch with her and everything was fine however i made my 2nd order of 2 watches and it went missing. She never replies to messages and always have some excuses. This ain't a serious...
