so today i received delivery of a Chronomat B01 Chrono SS JF with a 7750, upon unpacking the rotor sounded loose (like it was hitting the inside of the case back)

took the back off and the central screw that holds the rotor is missing,

any one else had this before? i have emailed my TD who hopefully can sort it out

Have you checked that it's not in there somewhere? The screw I mean, if it came loose during transport it could be lodged under the balance wheel for instance. You need to check that thoroughly, a loose screw stuck in a movement can mean big trouble later on.
