Over the last 12 months (made my first rep purchase on Xmas 2021), I've purchased about 15+/- reps from Mirotime. My experience with Mirotime has been mostly positive but has been falling more towards neutral lately. In the beginning, Miro was very responsive and personable. We chatted watches just for the sake of chatting watches. As time went on, maybe because he got busier, the conversations dwindled. And overall response time has suffered on all accounts.
The one incident I had was resolved. Miro sent my order to another customer in Australia. He assured me that the other buyer was a long time customer and would do right by us both. He offered that customer a discount on his next order in return for shipping the watch to me. I was a little weary about this, but that watch arrived a couple weeks later in new condition (still wrapped).
I haven't purchased as many from Miro in recent history as his prices have gone up and are comparable to other TDs.
All in all, my recommendation is: if you plan to establish yourself as a member here, stick with RWI TDs. There's no reason to buy from Miro unless he has a big sale, but keep in mind that you will receive no after sales support from RWI.
