mirotime disappeared after order ... 12 days

i didnt got an answer back from miro on whatsapp for 12 days after he confirmed payment of 1100 usd for three watches.

i sent him a message every day for whats going on he didnt answer to anyone of them

he promised qc in 5 days and now 12 days no message.

i know there is a Chinese holiday going on now

but i sent him a message from 2 other phones i have and surprise surprise he answered them within 1 hour. and kept talking as usual..

only in my order after confirmed payment he ghosted me.
i will wait 5-10 days more for answer i have nothing todo he has my money and i cannot get it back.

i know you cannot help me as my user is created AFTER the order has been made.
by the way i would be happy to donate something to this site if that helps you guys help me sort this out.

i can think on the best outcome that he accepts new orders but dont handle existing ones for some reason.

and i did read in search (yes i did search in group) about it that people have had proboems with him ghosting them but they never write what happnef after or updated the thread

did that happen to you also on him and did he got back to you eventualy ?

Mirotime isn't a TD on RWI so how exactly is this site meant to help you?

Why did you only do research AFTER sending 1100 usd?

Furthermore 12 days is still not even worth making a thread about - 2 months maybe then it's a flag

Someone recieved QC of their Pepsi after 54 days just recently....

Also messaging him everyday - he will send you pictures or a message when he has your watches? What do you want from him? Hand holding? You can message him every day but it won't speed him up in sourcing your watch.

Another example of a new member only using RWI as a help desk or customer support

Send more messages, I suggest something in the order of 50-60 a day, at minimum. It's the best and only way
And post more about it on the forum, in as many areas as possible. This will help too

Since you've joined the forum after purchasing these, you aren't eligible for staff assistance regarding this matter.

After placing an order, it's best to try and forget about it until QC shows up. It can take as little as 1 day for them to get the watch from the factory, while some of us have waited ~6 months for a watch to become available. These are illegal items, made in secrecy, and batches released only a few days a month.

Please be patient, and remember this isn't Amazon. You'll get your fake watches as soon as possible. Miro, as well as every other dealer, get an insane amount of emails and messages every day. They don't have time to go back and forth with customers. This isn't new. Also keep in mind that Mirortime is not a TD here on this forum.

If you really ordered from Mirotime, you will get your watches but it can take some time. But at the price you paid, I don't understand why you didn't use a TD or an agent like Pandabuy... Even DHGATE good sellers...

Ok @chief_madog , before there's more stuff thrown at you - on a serious note:

You do realise you are unable to be 'helped' by RWI staff. This is good as you've done some research. Or someone's advised you. And there's a slim chance you may have ordered from a scam site.

However, if you haven't, be patient and you should still get something in the mail. I don't know what you've ordered.

Don't 'spam' the dealer though. That's just going to annoy them as stated by one of our our trusted dealers.

You've no doubt learnt a fair bit already about this hobby. And this place too. Be thick skinned. Learn and read and learn and you'll be fine.

Yikes, three watches in one order. That sounds risky enough even if there weren’t problems with the dealer. I hope everything works out.
