Mini Versions of Vintage Panerai References: 2533, 3646, 6152, 6154

Most of us are fans of the various vintage Panerai references.

However, some of us are cursed with 6.5" wrists, and suffer from unsightly lug overhang with those 47mm-sized watches.

Are there any good rep dealers that would build 44mm-45mm mini versions of the Panerai 2533, 3646, 6152, and 6154?
