Mike backed up or not doing services right now?

I messaged Mike a week ago and he still has not responded. Is there another way to reach him? Or should I just try to find someone else to service my watch since he’s most likely backed up?

I contacted about 1.5 months ago and haven’t heard anything. In all fairness, only one of the watchmakers that are vendors here have responded to me in the last couple months. (I’ve contacted all of them)
