Hi All,

I am big fan of this forum but have never posted anything as I have always found everything I needed !

(Not even sure this is the right place to post-sorry if it’s not)

The issue is that I received my Pam 111 v4 and the micrometric screw is now lose. I had asked in the QC to put it in position and use Loctite 222 to lock it in. I thought It was but after a few days it has come lose.

I ordered some loctite 222 and will receive it in a few days. My question is where do I apply it?
Should i put a tiny bit on the tip of the screw (male), or the female section?

Thanks for your help!

You can put a little amount on the tip of a needle and apply it on the thread in the area where you plan to fix the screw on inside the screw hole. Apply it on just one part, no need to go around the thread as tightening the screw will distribute the adhesive around the thread.

Thank you, but does this actually screw in or can i push it in? I though the MM screw on these replicas was not a real screw. Thanks
