MB time walker strap pic opinion

Hello. I received a Panatime gator strap today for my TW and although the strap itself looks good, i think it's a bit too small for the watch? What do you guys think? The lug width on the watch is 22mm. The strap was advertised as being 22mm across lugs and 18mm across buckle. However as you can see from the pictures there is at least 2mm clearance between the strap and the lugs. Is this normal? Should I get a 24mm strap?View attachment 19730

I believe it is not normal. 22mm is correct. I bought a croc hornback off the bay for this watch myself -and it fits like a glove. What you received there is obviously not a 22mm. So I think they have made an error.

Contact the dealer and politely explain the situation -and I'm sure they will resolve the situation for you. They are trusted dealers on RWI as far as I know. So it might be a good idea to include your RWI ID in your communication.

Thanks. I'll email the TD. The strap width measures 18mm not 22mm as advertised.

Thanks for the responses guys. I spoke to panatime and it appears they had sent out an incorrect strap. Fortunately, they were able to dispatch the correct item the same day and I received a new strap this morning (excellent service). Here a pic of the new strap fitted.

Im wondering whether the strap is substantial enough given the hefty sized watch case?
