Maybe Rubber strap were meant to be a perfect match for PAMs

Since Friday last week, I've been wearing some of my PAMS (196, 005 & 000) on a gen rubber strap. What has surprised me is the amount of compliments I have been getting during these few days. I just couldn't believe it! To be honest, I had been trying to avoid the rubber strap because I think they are lame. But right now I'm not so sure... I think I've been wrong!

I've got quiet a large collection of custom made straps from a few well known strap makers.... I have never received compliments for any of them... but this ugly rubber strap making people noticing my wrist... Oh my....

I have an 088 ultimate, the best strap by far on it is the rubber... On others not so much. Its amazing how some straps look great on some, but not others.

Had the same thought this morning so this is what I'm wearing today. IMO it's just meh, I think the 243 is much better on leather.

Me too... it's been sitting on a gunny fudge, and needed a black strap....

I like the rubber at times...

Imho, the rubber strap is perfect on black dial pams.
Instead, on a tobacco dial, the assolutamente strap is muuuuuuch better

Rubber for a diver makes sense, but leather on a 243 is just so good!
