Manual winding metalic friction noise + auto windong short power reserve

My subc rollie has 2 movement problems:

1- When I try to wind manually, there is noise coming like metallic surfaces touching each other. Actually it is kind of hard to wind manually.

2- Power reserve from automatic winding is not great. Watch needs to be worn daily in order to not stop it.

Any ideas/similar experiences.

I would remove the rotor and the auto winding bridge and check to make sure all the gears are functioning correctly along with the rotor.
