Firenze, Italy. April 2007. Giuliano Mazzuoli has created a sportier version of his innovative Manometro timepiece: MANOMETRO S.

Both case and dial are made with 40 layers of carbon fibre without any metail frame thus making Giuliano Mazzuoli one of the first brands to feature such a construction. The crown is in titanium.

The carbon fibre and bolder number layout on the dial move Manometro to a more sportier look and Giuliano Mazzuoli once again introduces innovative design into the watch world.

This Italian designed timepiece is powered by a solid Swiss movement; the cylindrical case has a diameter of 45.2 mm and a thickness of 14.8 mm. The black carbon fibre dial shows the date in a circular aperture and sports an “S†logo signifying “Sportâ€. The black rubber strap is fitted into the case and held by two screws. Since carbon fibre is porous, Formula 1 technology is applied to the material making it resistant to water. The watch is water resistant to 5 atm.

Re: Msnometro

I think that the chinese will rep this one sooner or later...it's not that expensive but if they repped the U-Boat - they will rep the Manometro as well...

I wouldn't buy the gen...while the rep I would definitely consider

Re: Msnometro

I have to agree with you dadog,

I've been looking at this gen thinking that there could be a market for this. The gens are pretty nice and certainly will find a niche with collectors.
I would buy a rep of these if they were made.

Re: Msnometro

as much as i like the carbon version i'd be concerned about it's scratch resistance (although easier to polish out)
like the others i'd consider a rep as a mood/fashion piece but my $$ for gen models would always have to go to a "name" brand

so its never a good $$$ for a piece of this ?? rather go for a brand name like the JLC , UN and some other good names?

is it because the brand is new , generic ETA ?
