The ZZF v2 is just a great watch, but the hard to turn bezel sucks. The modification is quick done, it took me around one hour.

Needed tools:

- Wooden polish stick (Toothpick)
- Polywatch or similar polishing compound
- Screwdrivers
- Bezel removal tool
- lathe (Alternative method, see additional note in Step 4)
- tweezers
- Sandpaper 1000-6000
- Bezel/Crystal press
- measuring gauge

1. Step
Removing the bezel with bezel removal tool. I use the one from Bergeon. If you don't know, how to deinstall a bezel, you shouldn't keep going to do that modification.
When you are done, it should look like this.

2. Step
In some cases the Bezel pops off including the Crystal Ring. Normale the ring stays on watch case but the finishing quality isn't like gen. In that case just re-install the crystal ring.
You will need special tools for that. Again, if you have no tools and skills, that mod is nothing you should do yourself!
As you can see below, the crystal ring pops off with the whole bezel construction. No big deal, just install it and lets start step 3.

3. Step
Remove the springs and steel balls, be careful with the small balls. Store the removed parts on a secure place...

4. Step
Sanding the Nylon gasket a little bit down and give it a slight polish. Always check how much you have sanded with a measuring gauge.
Or just turn the Crystal Ring down to needed size on lathe (Alternative method).
Please always test fitment occasionally.

5. Step
Put all parts back in place, springs and balls.

6. Step
Install the bezel. Just push it back in place!

Enjoy a smooth turn now^^
