According to Hong Kong post office notice.
With Christmas and New Year approaching,
There has been a significant increase recently in outbound airmail traffic.
As the supply of air cargo space might not be able to cope with the demand,
All normal airmail , registered airmail and EMS speedpost will have some delay.
