I post my story as it could help others.
I ordered a Pam111 noob v4 from a TD (Sead) for a friend about 2 weeks ago and he received it on monday. Unfortunatly the watch was 4 seconds faster per minute... Sead told me the watch should be magnetized and it had to be winded fully and then slapped it against the hand. It didn't work on this watch. So i ordered a demagnetizer on Amazon (the small blue box) . It arrived yesterday and my friend tried to demagnetize the Pam by holding it above the blue box 2 or 3 cm away. Nothing happened. Then he tried again but this time he took the watch closer to the demagnetizer. The minute hand suddenly moved backward and then moved normally again. The Pam111 seems to work perfecly since then.
I also have a Pam687 which was late about 30s per day. I didn't bother me but I decided to try Sead tip and i wound it totally and slapped it against my hand. Since then it seems totally precise (i don't have a Timegraph).
Hope that will help someone.
