M2M Feedback...

Is there a way we can get a mandatory feedback system with the m2m sales? I keep asking buyers and sellers to leave feedback but get nothing. I have around 10 successful transactions and 1 feedback... This affects buyers trust and the way sellers view you.

Any thoughts??

The most aggravating is selling an item, seeing it's been delivered, leave a positive review for the buyer and them not take the time to do the same. Some buyers I've dealt with a couple of times and never a feedback from them

As a seller I usually ask the other party to leave feedback, and once they do I do.

As a buyer I will leave feedback first.

To me it is more important to have feedback being a seller. But with all these scams recently it seems good to have proof you are a good buyer too! I have been lucky though most transactions have left feedback for me.

I agree feedback is important and had a few times when buyers have left none but that's a minority. Feel like it's on the buyer to leave feedback first and that's how I play it when I buy.

I understand, ive had a few like that as well. most recently on the m2m vip supporter sale section. if you trade in there, the thread link wont work for feedback system.

I don't ever use a computer so sometimes it's tough and I'll forget to do it. If I've forgotten to do it for anyone I'm sorry it's a PITA from a phone. I wish there was a way we could incorporate feedback into tapatalk it would make my life so much easier

Only had 2 M2M sales.

The first one I've received, left feedback for, etc. Didn't get any on my end.

Second one is still in transit but will leave feedback around 2pm today when post drops it off... :p

I feel like the M2M Feedback is far too valuable a tool not to use. Due to the unreliability of post-counts with fluff posts so prevalent, it's really all we have to go off of in terms of member trustworthiness...

I'm even a strong proponent of the Member reviews section and will be leaving a joint review w/ pictures of the 2 transactions, reviewing each seller independently (it was a PAM 111, and a strap for that PAM 111...)

It strikes me as a little aggravating when people won't take the 2-3m it would otherwise take to give the community a gauge of a member's repute...

Can't really force people to leave feedback, even eBay don't do that. Even if we wanted to setting it up would be a headache.

I second this. I have done also many successful transactions and only a few handful. If only there were to be an automated system to leaving a feedback upon a sale, that would be great! Just my .2 cents :)

90 % of my transactions have no feedback even when I specifically IM them to ask them for it. Just a simple notification somehow would be a huge help IMO

Yea seems like I can get feedback maybe 30% of the time and mostly only as a buyer when I leave feedback first. As a seller I usually just see it was delivered but not even a PM confirming delivery or anything which has worried me in the past, but I figure no news is good news, but I do wish I could get feedback as a seller. Most annoying was when I went though hurdles to do my first purchase since I had no feedback at all, and asked the seller to give me feedback so at least maybe I would be more trusted on my second transaction, and still nothing.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought leaving feedback is one of the rules of the sales forum, and something agreed to in every sale. I'm not really sure what can be done, but I do think maybe there should be some attempt to make it more mandatory as every other rule is so strictly enforced.

I totally agree.

Always the same when dealing with a large group of people in any given field. There's always some that just can't be bothered and a whole load who mean to do it and have every good intention but simply forget.

Great point guys.

Feedback from both buyer and seller would be helpful, if it's accurate.

The last few watches I've sold I've asked the buyer to leave feedback when I pm the tracking number and tell them I'll do the same and it's worked so far. Also think it gives a little reassurance to the buyer that if you welcome feedback then you're not sending them a piece of crap.

Ive done that on every sale. I guess its just luck of the draw. Hope this thread creates just a bit of awareness
