manual mode exposure 30 seconds..

If you set your apperture to the smallest it will possibly go (i.e. largest number) you will automatically get the longest shutter speed available for the lighting conditions as they are.

Some advise... you can pull out the crown then expose 30 secs, then you will not the the sweep exposure as well!
