LUME in EU

Hi Guys,
Need some help here from PAM aficionados..
Got a nice 388 but lume really sucks!
Where in EU can I get it relumed properly? I´m in Portugal by the way...

The lume on the 388 should be superlume and having a sandwich dial it should last a lot. Can you post a picture? If it really an issue, best to address the dealer first.... It is the KW version, right?

KW 388 has a very good lume
I can easily compare it to my Vac lumed 243...

Could you plz describe why it's not good?

it doesn't glow that much or it won't last for long...

sounds kinda strange....honestly I'm pretty satisfied with mine....and it's the same watch..KW 388 V1 (with the seagull movement)

I have the same problem with KW505 the lume is very bright but only after being exposed to a very bright light and it won't last longer than an hour.
The dial on my noob112 is always visible.. the lume lasts up to 8 hours and i never have to put it under the light bulb before going to the cinema so i could see the time.. you know

Maybe i´d expect to last longer.
I usually put a "new" watch under daylight or 10sec with my flash light from the Phone and wait and see under ambient light to see if it retains brightness.
The thing is.. with this one it won´t last...
I have a sub 16610 BP and a Sinn and they behave waaaaaaaaaaay better...
This is like my Speedsonic from 1974... only greener.
