Lume dot on bezel

Hi All
I have a submariner in gold which I love and is perfect apart from the lume dot on the bezel fell out. No problem, I ordered another one and used GS-Hypo cement to glue, and its gone again.
Can I ask if this is a common thing with replicas, as I want a permanent solution, and am considering maybe ordering a new bezel
Any advice
