Lume color hands different from lume color of the dial

Lately I've been seeing a lot of QCs on many divers where the color of the hands is different than the color of the dial lume. I
'm seeing this mostly on VSF SUBs. Do you know why this happens?

Certainly from the world of micro and various Chinese brands, it's usually due to the fact that the hands and dials are made in different factories, who probably use very slightly different formulation of lume.
