i made a small mistake when i ordered a watch for my wife, and Lucy handled the situation in a very remarkable way.
thus i thought it was my duty to write this POSITIVE review, to show my gratitude, and to shed light to other customers, on how great a TD Lucy is.
my wife wanted a Cartier Ballon Bleu, with white TEXTURED dial.
she made a mistake and sent me photos of the watch but with pure white dial, we didn't notice until Lucy sent us QC pics.
it was totally our fault, and we should've been more careful, and double checked before ordering.
i messaged Lucy right a way and told her there has been a mistake from our part.
she replied saying it was a bit troubling, but nonetheless she would take care of the situation and exchange the watch.
we really appreciate that.
so we would highly recommend Lucy for everyone, you will get great customer service, meticulous QC, and very smooth communications.
