Well that does it ... Last week i tried to make a purchase with hon watch witch was impossible for technical reasons. I then decided to go with puretime. I purchased the watch yesterday and now i received an automatic email stating that there was a flud in they're offices and they dont know when the will be able to ship !!!! What in the hell do i do... Do i ask for a refund ? A discount ? Do i just wait ?

What are your opinions on this. i REALLY dont know what to think here.

Just wait it out mate. You are not the only person going through this. I am sure the puretime team would like to quickly resume normal operations and send you your watch.

Ask for E.T.R from PT, if its on acceptable time I guess you can wait, but in the other hand a refund will be a good idea mate.

Hi and welcome. No big deal, You can ask for a refund or leave Your money there and order from another TD meanwhile. The money will just be there (like on a banc deposit). To better understand, sometimes there will be new releases and deposits are made weeks or months before the release is available. Other times a watch is out of stock. If You need the money ask for a refund, if You are going to buy that (or another) watch next month anyway just leave it there.
Note: PT refunds often take 14 days or longer, if they are busy with the flood, they will have to deal with that first. Note 2: It´s not just pushing a button and refunding (it´s not Amazon), it´s much more complicated.

Just wondering who you were talking to there?

PT is not a scam artist so they will get it sorted. But as you can see they are having a big problem atm. You have all the options that you originally posted open to you. Wait, refund etc.

Oddly enough he posted the same thing in the chat box to me and Rob. I tried using my Crystal Bawll to get an answer but it's stuck on pornhub.
