Some TDs do have lower price Tag. eg.WatchStation Wholesale. However, the price depends on which particular model. Super reps would not have too many differences between dealers.
From the past reviews, HBBV6 factory has the best 1:1 rep of 1887. Make sure you are choosing the right factory. Like everyone said, TD will be your first recommendation.

Sorry mate, the link did not work when I opened it at the first time. It re directed me to the home page.
I had a look at the watch, apparently the price is low within budget. However, I would say that it is not a super rep like 1887 from V6F even the dealer promoted "Made with a Genuine Watch fully Dissected". I do not have any experience on the Tag reps, but if I were you I'd grab a more popular model from a TD since that 100-200$ extra could bring me less regret on the quality of my watch.
Typically you will need to add on an aftermarket strap to your budget as I have seen many people complaining about the original strap quality.
Again, I only tell what I know and won't give any shxt advice anymore.
