Love letter to Li
Dear jtimewatch
In the meantime I have ordered one or the other watch from you. Below is a small section.
I didn't post a positive review every time because I was used to the perfect service.
There are three main points I would like to address:
1. Before the sale
Advice when you have no idea about the market? ("Who has the best sub?") Or detailed information on pointer position, market situation, clockworks, the current state of development of various factories, you get everything at Li. He also allows small talk in between, even if his customer list of open orders is several hundred , it is never too good for a friendly message between sales Those who value something like this will feel at home with a beer after work at the bar. The waitress in the short dress is certainly friendly because she wants to sell us something, but we still prefer it to a fat cow with a sweater when we order a beer
2. During the sale
The QC usually arrive within a few days. Otherwise you can always ask without Li feeling too bad to briefly ask the supplier and give an approximate time. The QCs are great, 2 videos (incl. Timegraphers) and about 8-10 photos, depending on the clock. Then the address according to GL will be asked again, for security and confirmation.
If, despite some experience in the re-game, you still have questions about the tracking number, or where the package is currently approximately, how long it will take until it is with you, etc., you can contact Li at any time Mon-Sat. He works noon to noon Chinese time.
3. After the sale
3.1 Everything is going smoothly
Thank you, celebrate the watch with a wristshot and get the obligatory thumbs up
3.2 When there are problems
Once a work arrived a little dry and had to be oiled for $ 25. Li gave me $ 50 off my next order straight away.
Once a package was confiscated at customs - Li paid my money back within 3 days. I had the option of getting replacement watches (there were 2 in it), but at the time it was too tricky for me and I preferred the money.
I have known where the watchmaker was paid for, spare parts (clasp, or bracelet links ..) which were later noticed as scratched on delivery, were forwarded free of charge. This is not something that can be taken for granted and it is what distinguishes the absolutely great after-sales service.
Conclusion:
Stick to your fucking trusted dealer.
Once you have found someone with an influence in the market, good connections and a friendly atmosphere - do not always go looking for the "best deal" and do not scare them off with unnecessary bullshit.
This hobby is more than just a business. There is a passion and joy for (toy) watches.
Thanks and best regards to China to Li, Lana, and the whole team!
Happy CNY and have a good rest while charging your batterys. Thanks for your service!
PS: I am not getting payd by Li, if rumors say that. LOL
