Love for 4 liners Luminor

I'm a big fan of 'Marina Militare' Luminor.

I already had the 036 and the 082, so I decided to convert my 004a into a 5218-202/a.
I ordered a dial, a set of hand and a caseback from DSN...

And now I have a nice little familly:

One more with another 'Marina Militare' Dial:

I had a spare brushed steel case, so I polished it to use my 004 dial and caseback and thus make a 001a:

That will go with next upgrade when I'll put a FGD dial in it and an ETA.

Just thought I'd let ya know. BTW what case is that? I know it's avitt DLC'd but where does the case come from
