Long time client puretime. Probably my favorite place to source before getting work done. Unfortunately my 26240 was lost in the mail.

I ordered it in December probably within the first hour of the announcement. There was so much buzz and hype around this release it was palpable. Due to the loss in the mail Puretime asked me to wait for them to get back from CNY to address the issue - a request that is not unreasonable. The watch never showed in that time so they just reordered for me today and I’m now at the back of the line. Kind of disappointing but it is what it is.

Sorry to hear that and thanks for sharing.
Wonder if it lost from China to destination country or within the destination country. Customs held it?

I am sorry for the delay. None of us would expect that to happen. Since we've reordered it, please stay with us and wait for new QC pictures

Hmm. Likely not a customs issue. I think lost due to the la fires that month. The tracking never updated beyond receipt in Los Angeles. And then one day it just disappeared with no associated parcel.

Still waiting for qc from puretime on the reorder. They said up to two weeks as standard. I’m back of the line.

Just unfortunate i ordered the day of the announcement and now am several months delayed due to CNY and the fires
