This is more of a heads up for others. I'm not in need of your help but thanks for the input. You just joined... to do this?
We do not provide retroactive assistance. Since you ordered before your RWI join date, RWI will not be assisting on this matter.

I have read this forums for years. Never had the need of beeing a member. Bought plenty of watches but never from this dealer.
I'll wait for the answer from Trusty

The thing is that the weight of the package according to the post said only 200gram. The question is if they put it in or not when its labelled so low.If you ordered from the real Trusty, you have not gotten scammed: https://forum.replica-watch.info/threads/trusty-time-contact-info.10964263/
Most likely, someone in the postal service is enjoying his new watch as we speak.
So you have used the site "for years", happily benefiting from the resources on offer, using our TDs for your gain, but couldn't even be bothered to contribute in any way in all this time?
Furthermore, you never deemed it worth your time to leave a positive review for all the times you have "Bought plenty of watches" yet the minute something goes wrong you are jumping on the forum with pitchforks at the ready?
What website did you order from? Please post it.
I think we all feel some kind of sympathy for the OP - it always sucks not getting what you pay for.
But what sucks even more is that he accuses Trusty of scamming him, without even having talked to Andrew about it...
And if he had done a little research, he would have known that watches can disappear in the mail and that it has nothing to do with the TD.
The TD's depend on trust, they have nothing to gain by scamming someone for 500 bucks.
Anyway, a boring situation and I hope it works out for you OP.

While waiting for Andrew, I wanted to check if I used the right page etc, and hear if anyone else has had problems recently.
I just got a reply to my email now so I must have used the right page.
He will investigate and return.
I'm aware of the business but this will always suck when it happends.
Since this post created drama, I want to say that I don't blame Trusty if the watch was stolen on the way to me.
Seriously? When the TDs gets paid i would say my part is done. I dont have to write reviews and send tumbs up.
If im happy with the order i will return to them again, people dont even write reviws when they buy a new car these day.
Anyway thx for your input.
Nobody said you did "have to". I'm simply questioning Why you feel the need to infer a TD is a scammer before you have even given them the chance to respond directly.
If you have indeed ordered through the correct site and email and the watches have been stolen in transit or somehow not been packed, then it is unfortunate for you as the buyer but such a reactionary post on your first day of membership is not going to endear you to the rest of us.
You mention that you do not leave a review when you buy a new car, which is a completely moot point given the context of what you are buying here. These are (in many countries) illegal counterfeit goods, which many real scammers out there use to pry unsuspecting victims of there hard earned money. So finding a dealer that is trustworthy is a difficult task, with our TD list only existing due to the long hours our senior staff have put into vetting them.
So given the time and effort the staff and members put into making this hobby safe amd enjoyable, I don't think its too much to ask to share your insights as such an experienced buyer with the newer, inexperienced members...
I'm sure that if this is an issue with the real Trusty then he will be quick to see what has gone wrong amd hopefully make it right. I can only hope that of that is the case, you are as quick to publicly acknowledge that as you were to call them scammers.
