Lost a CG screw for my 360!

Not sure when or where it happened, but it did: I lost the lower screw from my PAM360 CG. Currently using a temporary donor transplanted from my 111M. Question is, will a CG screw from another factory's case (noob, etc) or third party aftermarket screw for gens work? Or does it have to be a screw specifically from the H factory? What are the odds I can find the screw I'm looking for in a local watchsmith's shop? At this point, I'm not even concerned about the color, I can put the new one under the lever, and use the remaining PVD for the current missing one...

Thanks!

The CG screws on my 177 is a M2-0.4 x 4mm long with a 3mm wide head so yours would have to be VERY close to that if not it exactly.

I discovered this while trying to find a solution for my loose "top" CG screw. The first thread inside the case appears to be slightly stripped so the normal screw is just too short to catch the next thread.
Based on on this measurement info I've ordered a bunch of each of these screws below from drillspot.com. I'm fairly confident one will fit perfectly and look great!

Turns out that M2 - 0.4 x 4mm was the closest size although it required filing down both the length and head diameter.
To trim down the head I placed the screw inside a drill (as if it were the bit) and scraped it back and forth against a file.
This allowed the head to remain even all the way around and let me round it off by changing the contact angle against the file.

Stock screw from order on the left, filed down screw in the middle to match the original one on the right but with just a little extra length:

The 2 "extra long" screws I made on either side of the original one:
