loose bezel on Ultimate PAM199

I received the new PAM199 yesterday, it is a nice watch. It has one problem, the bezel is loose, I can press it with my fingers down a little bit and if I klick with my fingernail on it, you hear the noise when metall hits metall.
( I hope this explains the problem ) Any idea if this could be fixed?
The allignment of the markers are ok. I will take pics after work.
