Looking to Get my First Pam. Which One?

I was in the market for a Omega Seamaster 300m Prof Blue Ceramic, but after discovering this section of the forum, I have to say, I am in love.

I'm familiar with Panerai, but never really took to close of a look at them (gen or replica) until now. I have to say, these watches are very unique and elegant and not your typical high end watch.

Since I'm new and I've looked extensively through this forum section, I can't decide which model to get as my first Panerai replica.

I'm undecided on PAM 111 or the PAM 112. From my research, the "N" factory models for each of them are the latest and best versions.

I do understand these watches are somewhat on the bigger side and thick, so I wanted to know which of the two models mentioned above (or any other PAM models you guys know of) that are good for dress shirts and can fit under the cuff.

the 111Nv3 from Noob is one of the best by far. 111 and 112 are the same thickness. As for thinner PAMs, you are limited to a few of the radiomirs (ex. 292J). Check out ALE's guide. You'll get the best reviews and guidance for all the PAM rep models. Good luck with this and be careful. I bought 1 rep PAM thinking that'd be it. 7 PAMs later (and all on regular rotation) and I'm still trying to track down a few select models...

You won't be disappointed. And it is a very versatile watch. Just a quick change of the strap and you can completely change the look and feel of the watch.

I know the feeling. I'm fighting the urge to order one of the new 243s (although the urge is slowly winning). My 390, 111, 010, 292, 380, 505, 2533 build, 6154 rolerai build, 092 keep screaming for a new buddy to join them. My bank account is trying to tell them they dont need more friends right now.

this might help a bit on the height. This is my 005, but it is the same dimension as the 111.

your story is a bit identical with me....
I know PAM since quite a while a go but never interested to get one but then my friend told me to try PAM, at least try the super rep once.
bought the 390N in Nov 2013 then a few weeks later i bought 210K, now aiming for 292, 380, 111v.3 and 386 (too bad can't have the same composite materials LOL)

I went the homage route first, until I discovered this place - now I've been here every spare second I have. It's a sickness, I tells ya! I'm lusting after the Noob 11 v3, too. But the 1277 and the 390's are calling my name, too.

You can find some 127 and 217 right now on the market, THEY ARE ICONIC Panerais and hard to come by. Give them a try, they can be legant and rugged by simply chaging the strap on them.

ps.: if you take the 111v3, you will love it. Its simple, that's all.
