I guess you are talking about the complete part: crown and stem. Aren't you?

I think the only way is talking to your dealer in order to try getting it from the maker

Anyone knows about a supplier?

Just had the watch serviced and I am told it just needs a new crown. I asked about the stem but I was told just the crown. Thanks for replying, I will ask the TD
