Looking to buy PAM parts, need help

To whom it may concern,

Does anyone know where can I buy PAM 113 Cannon Pinion, as I want the pin to flush with the top dial.

From research, i guess these are the part number for it.

- 134014/00240.6497.03 (CS)Chaussee Entraineuse HT.315 AIG.3 cannon pinion

- 134017/00250.6497.03(CS)Roue des Heures HT.215 AIG.3 hour wheel
