Looking for recommendations

Hi!
First post here. I'm looking for something that may not exist..(I'm not to familiar with the Pam models)..44 mm, destro, metal caseback, not chronograph and preferrably not seconds, steel or aluminium case, crystal that has antireflective. Do anyone know where I can look? Thanks
