Looking for PAM292 Spare Parts

I recently "lost" my tube + screw on my PAM 292 H-Factory while cleaning the strap and have been unable to find a source for replacements.

I asked Ryan and he told me that he can't get them, so I am pretty much assuming none of the TDs can?

Any help on where I could possible get them from would be very much appreciated.
Especially since I really liked the watch and it has been running for 2+ years without any problems until I "let it down".

I would rather order them from a TD ofc, since I could justify buying a new watch with it that way, but this will work just fine
