I think there was one in the M2M section. But most of the TD's can get this for you. It is in fact the 187 as nalomb pointed out.

Yes, Like Gentlemen mentioned above, it is the 187 and was made by Noob along with 243 a few years back. It's a great rep and you can ask TD's to get you one. But let me remind you that this piece is quite hefty and there is the wobbly hand issue at 3 o'clock chrono marker. You can search the forums about this exact piece for it's reviews and all.

Of course this is a PAM 187

You have to buy a Noob fitted with A7753 movement, to get accurate date whell and date window position, and accurate date changer pusher @10

The only evident flaws will be the inaccurate yellowish lume colour on hands (it should be white) and the subdials which is not recessed on rep (the gen showed in your pic has recessed subdials)
