looking for flatter (3mm) straps

Hey guys,

I'm not too much into the thick 4mm straps.
Do you know, where I can get some flatter 26mm or 24mm straps with a thickness of at most 3mm? All straps are found are 4-5mm.

Panatime is one place to look. I got a thin lizard strap for my 113 for a fair price. But it's dressy, as will most that are thin.

You could ask Gunny to make one for you, too.

I bought some from DON (don straps), his lambskins are quite thin and very nice in both sizes.

Zergun.com and strap-works.com sell straps according to OEM specifications as well, try them out.

Or choose someone from the forum to make you a custom build flat one (crocodile, orloff, gunny, etc...)

both bob and panatime are good ideas. they seem to be about the thickness you are looking for. plus the price is way cheap compared to others. but not sure how 'nice' of a strap you need.

I am making my own strap for my 359M - Got all the parts from Tandy Leather near my address. I needed larger straps than come with most watches and didn't want to pay more for a 10 cent piece of leather than the watch. I know, I know, there is labor involved, but I am retired. Actually it is pretty easy to make a strap - you need leather, contact cement, hole puncher you can make from a nail. There are YouTube videos on how to make a leather strap.
