looking for a strap like these

I want a strap that looks like these... I believe these are greg stevens crazy horse straps but i think they are expensive. I love the way the leather looks its like is is distressed in some areas i think it looks great and the black or white stiching both look good. Is there anyone else who makes straps like these or is it a crazy horse exclusive

I agree. Savage_here has great products and you can discuss with him what exactly you like. Just a FYI, Greg's Straps are beautiful, but like all salesmen the pictures are the best shots out of many. So your strap may or may not look exactly like that one

Not trying to sell greg's straps here guys. But you get exactly what that pic shows from greg:

Here is mine on my 6154 from davidsen. My strap was worth every penny.

Maybe try Mark Williamson - http://www.texstraps.com - stitch free, but similar style otherwise. I've never seen any of his straps in person, but they look sharp, and he's friendly enough on email.

Also, take a looks at the Paneristi strap sales forum, just don't mention reps

I too can attest to Grep Straps, they are top notch. You get whats pictured. Obviously they may differ slightly because they are hand crafted but nothing to be afraid of.


@DAWG you're right you won't get a strap like this for 50.00. Although I think Gregs straps are a really good value.


You might try Epoch's offer for the Ledend Line. They're like 110.00.

Yes, brand new at $150.00. Expensive yes but worth every penny.

Hey guys, I don't want my comment to be taken the wrong way. Because Greg straps are hand made and genuine leather grain is never the same, you will actually get something different than pictured. I was saying that to let acesup_11 know, that even if he bought a similar strap from someone else, it would be as good, because Greg's are different. Not totally different, but different enough that if someone else had something similar it would look very close to what Greg may make for you. I hope that helps.
