Not a lefty
Second hand
Panerai symbol

PAM 195- Black PVD-second-solid caseback
PAM 360- Black PVD-no second-solid caseback
PAM 380- Radiomir-polished-second-solid caseback-Radiomir
PAM 424- Radiomir California-polished-no second-Display caseback- NO replicas

Therefore, there are no PAM which meet your requirements.

I just like the way it looks. I find the dials to be very simple, and I think they look better when there is a little more to them.
