This is my second post on the site.
I have had problems getting blank dials customized with my personalized logo for 2 builds, one with the vs3135 clone movement and the other the 3186 GMT clone movement. Either they won't do the personalization or they need large quantities of dials ordered, 50 or 100. Not cost effective. I found these dial pad printing machines on eBay. So, if I can do it myself, I won't run into issues trying to get my dials personalized, and cost effective long term, since one dial to customize will run me $315.00 (5 total needed, do the math, ouch) and the machines runs between $400.00 to $500.00.
Any comments, advice, pros or cons. Ease of use, what is involved?
Thanks for the future input, the last post's responses were educational and helpful. This is definitely an amazing community.

... You will definitely spend more money on getting the correct ink, correct ratio in terms of mixing colors and binders as well as making / buying the clichés to print. Not to mentioned spending time on learning how to print properly. Timing, pressure etc. It is not something you will learn and be perfect in it on a weekend. The printing machines, depending on your location, weigh around 15 to 20 kgs. which will skyrocket the shipping costs.

A lot more involved than I thought.
So cough up the dough and get the dials created for me, instead of doing it myself.
Thank you very much!!!

Dial printing in various forms has been extensively discussed (and done) by members here. A couple of notable threads you might find interesting to take a look at @ElGyno

And using decals, instead of printing on the dial:

I have also been looking into customized dials for well-know rep watches. I ended up ordering mine from Vietnam (BIVintage) and Spain (JJ). Yes, it is costly. But at the same, you have experts dealing with the matter…
