Hello!
I have troubles with a gen Longines Conquest Reference L1.622.3 with the movement ETA 988.431 which is a quartz / LCD / Analog movement. The watch was dead when I got it. I replaced the battery but no sign of it coming back alive. When I wanted to lift the battery pad a little bit to have better contact to the battery, it just came of. Is it possible to solder it back to place? Also the crown can be turned without any effect on the hands. But while turning you can hear a little clicking sound.
Does anyone has experience with this movement? Should the hands turn when the crown is turned, or do they just turn when the movement is running on battery power?
