local seller claiming bp rep 16710 coke

A local seller is claiming he got his watch from BP factory as a 16710 gmt master II coke.
however there are some odd things going on in this rep: the wristband lock, numbers on the bezel are a strange style, white circles look too big.
does anybody know what rep this is and what gen it's trying to be?
