LMPO v6 vs v1 pics

Dial - v6 wins
The v6 ceramic dial is incredible for a rep. It blows away the black v1 lacquered dial when looking up close. It oozes quality and luxury over the previous versions. This alone makes it more gen like, even if it has minor errors with respect to being 1:1. The colour reflected by the ceramic dial is a bit greyish...like the gen looks in the pictures I’ve seen. The lacquered dial is more deep black. On its own it’s beautiful and awesome to look at. But when next to the v6, it looks to be lower quality.
Crystal- Tie
AR is excellent on both.
Bezel - Tie
Action is good and tight on both. The v1 clicks a bit louder. The difference in pearl when magnified is not noteworthy when you view at a distance. A tie in my opinion.
Case - Tie
Both are excellent.
Caseback - v6
Not considering which one is 1:1, the v6 wins because it displays more quality and crispness in the engravings and textures.
Crown and He valve - v6
Winding and setting is buttery smooth on my v6. My v1 crown is a bit tight and I’ve heard of others having issues so v6 is clear winner.
Bracelet - v6
v6 wins only because the End links are nice and tight with the case with no play or gap. V1 has a bit of play and gap. Otherwise the bracelets look and feel identical...except for the clasp.
Clasp - v1
The v1 clasp seems a bit more solid and tough. The link attached the clasp on the v1 doesn’t fold over like the v6 one does. By a small margin the v1 clasp is better.
The overall winner is the v6 because it just oozes quality and class when out side by side with the v1. If you had both in hand you’d think the v6 is a luxury Swiss watch and the v1 not mainly because of the dial. If you can get past tiny things not being 1:1, the v6 is better watch overall.

Question about the case - its left side where HeV is placed - are the bevelings the same on both?
Could be just a photo angle, but as per ^^^ photo looks like;
- v6 has a slimmer beveling (polished area) and brushing area is pretty tall,
- while v1 - the beveling is wider and brushing area is not so tall.
I can understand your concern. Just don’t confuse wrong with bad. Unlike silly looking bold date fonts on Rolex reps, this font is clean and crisp.
Great eye, brother. You are right. Here’s a pic. V1 on top. The polished area is very slightly thicker.

I am sure the thinner polished area is correct for a gen (regular) 42 PO2500. Nor sure about gen LMPO but I know gen LMPO case has a different reference number than the gen regular PO.
frediiii you have gen, right? which case is correct for the gen?

The Omega LMPO used the same case, bezel, and bracelet of the Planet Ocean 2201.50.00 Cal.2500 movement. Different from the CrPO.
I did have the v4 as well, modded the red tip . Bracelet clasp was better on v4 though.
V6 bracelet could use with some baby oil treatment. It's more the clasp
The only other issue is the lume on the hands is white vs lume on dial markers is off-white. This is quite obvious in certain lighting conditions but not a deal breaker.
Other than that it's absolutely amazing....

Yes .... They both use the same movement, so the datewheels are interchangeable.

Great write up. I am new here that is why I may ask a silly question but does VSF also make LMPO? I also heard from someone that pearlmon replica doesn’t lineup is that not the case on latest ones? Great review and congratulations on two beautiful watches
