Found a brand new example of the discontinued sgf204, the quartz version of the American psycho Seiko watch the snxj90. At 86 grams and 8mm thick ( because you can always be thinner, look better) it's light, and with an outrageously loose and jangly bracelet it's extremely comfortable. Combined with the ease of a quartz movement this is truly the thinking man's psycho watch, befitting even of Paul Allen himself.
